DREAM HOUSE EXPERIENCE

building the next generation of homebuyers

Step inside the perfect home. We’re bringing together the most beloved building toy and the biggest real estate website to make home buying less scary. We decided to create a traveling experience that brings the perfect LEGO house into the real world for families to tour! Visitors can meet with local Realtors after their tour and order a customized LEGO Dream House set that looks like their new home.

Step One of the process was to design the interior of the house. Using an official LEGO designer program called “Studio”, the perfect house was designed and rendered.

Once the rooms were designed and rendered, it was time to create the exterior

Enter the dreamhouse

The idea of the perfect home was built, and would travel to suburbs outside major cities all across the US. As visitors would walk through the house, speakers would play the sounds of a perfect Saturday morning. Scents of baked goods would waft through the house as well to really immerse visitors in the experience.

A microsite was created where LEGO fans who couldn't make it to the event had the ability to order their own Dream House set!

Many color options were available, and customers could create their own matching family minifigures.

As a special thank-you to Realtors who work at our event, we’ve put together a special kit. It includes a special brink built name tag, as well as a buildable business card box featuring a mini figure version of themselves and a “For Sale” sign!
